| All reservations require an advance deposit equal to 3-nights stay plus taxes. Deposit will be charged at the time of booking. Exceptions may apply during holidays, specials events or conventions. |
| Cancellation Policy | |
| Reservations must be cancelled at least 24 days prior to arrival date to avoid a forfeit of deposit. No-Show Fee: 3-night stay plus taxes. A 40.00USD-processing fee will be charged to all reservations, canceling prior to 4 weeks of arrival date. |
