The Tioga Suites Hotel was built in 1929 and is on the National Historic Register. Opened November 1, 2005 as a newly remodeled full service, luxury hotel. Includes restaurant, bar, meeting facilities and day spa. We do those extra, unexpected things to make sure you will be back. These are some of the standard amenities you can expect in a Tioga suite or room. All furniture is new Ashley Furniture. All mattresses are Simmons Beautyrest. Linens, appliances, etc. are new and of high quality. We have thick, incredibly soft comforters on each bed. All pillows are Simmons Beautyrest brand. Extra large, plush bath towels are provided. All rooms have a hairdryer, microwave, and small refrigerator. All rooms have free microwave popcorn, coffee caffeinated and decaffeinated, hot chocolate, hot apple cider, green tea, bottled water, orange juice, blueberry muffins and biscotti. We provide you with Aromae Shampoo and Conditioner, lavender soap, vitamin E facial soap, and sewing kit. All rooms will have at least one 27 inch TV with VCR DVD player. Expanded Cable is included in each suite. Free high speed internet access. Free unlimited long distance. Free use of our second floor deck with tables, chairs, gazebo, and gas BBQ grill. Two room suites feature either two queen beds or one queen bed with a leather sofa and desk with chair. Free use of the fitness facilities including treadmill, recumbent bike, weight system, scales, TV, and VCR DVD player. Washer and dryer on each floor. Murder Mystery, wine tasting, honeymoon, and other packages available. Pets are only allowed if kept in their pet carrier. They are not allowed in the basement or other common areas. A 50.00 USD - 100.00 USD cleaning fee will be charged for any room that has evidence that the pet was removed from the pet carrier. Additional charges may apply if items in the room are damaged, including scratches on the leather furniture.
